Regular Turnaround:
3 or more business days
1.10/page spot check; 1.25/page full audio; 1.40/page video
Expedited Turnaround:
2-3 business days
1.55/page spot check; 1.75/page full audio; 1.90/page video
1-2 business days
1.90/page spot check; 2.10/page full audio; 2.25/page video
Daily Turnaround:
Next business day (less than 24 hours)
2.30/page spot check; 2.60/page full audio; 2.75/page video
Business days include Monday through Friday. Weekend and Federal Holiday availability is possible, but will include an additional .50/page for the entire transcript.
10% Growth Rate Fee:
When final transcript page count is more than 10% over starting page count, the additional pages will be charged double the page rate. For example: A 100-page transcript prior to editing ends up with 120 pages after editing. The first 110 pages will be charged at the posted rate. The additional 10 pages will be charged at double the page rate.
Invoices
Invoices will be sent on the 1st and 15th of each month. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Payments can be applied through the process on the invoice, Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, and personal checks.
